Chicken Sandwich -  7oz chicken breast grilled naked, jerk, blackened or fried
Philly Cheese Steak -  with Monterey jack and grilled onions
Dockside's Class Burger -  8oz hand patted and cooked to order   *add Swiss, American or Monterey Jack cheese (extra)
Dockside Dinghy -  marinated 7oz. grilled chicken breast topped with bacon, monterey jack and blue cheese and served on toast sourdough
Jumbo Hot Dog -  grilled and served on a toasted roll  *add Kraut (extra)

Coconut Shrimp Dinner -  fresh shrimp dipped in Chef Lee's own coconut breading, lightly fried and served with a pineapple-rum salsa
Chicken Sappora -  lightly grilled chicken breast brushed with teriyaki and finished with sautéed peppers, onions and mushrooms
Maryland Crab Cakes -  Maryland-styled crab cakes drizzled with Dockside's own Wasabi sauce
NY Strip Steak - 

a 12 oz. hand cut strip, grilled to perfection with fresh sautéed veggies and a starch.  

Top your steak with sautéed onions and mushrooms (extra)

Tuna Melbourne Dinner -  fresh tuna lightly seared and finished with Dockside's own Wasabi cream sauce, fresh ginger and soy.
